Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information when you use ToolKivo. The core tools are designed to process the values you enter locally in your browser.
Inputs and results
Values, pasted lists, names, dates, amounts, generated passwords, and text entered into the tools are processed on your device. ToolKivo does not intentionally transmit or store those inputs or calculated results. Do not enter information you do not have permission to use.
Browser storage
The site may store your theme preference in localStorage on your device. You can remove it through your browser settings. Shared result text is created only when you choose a copy or share action.
Hosting and security data
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. Tool inputs are not added to application logs.
Measurement
ToolKivo records minimal usage events: the tool identifier, language, event name and whether a calculation succeeded. Inputs, results, text, dates, names, amounts and passwords are not included. These events use no analytics cookies. Events are disabled for the 2FA tool and when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Standard hosting request metadata may still be processed.
Advertising and cookies
ToolKivo may use Google AdSense or another advertising provider. If advertising is enabled, providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and limit ads as permitted by law. Where required, a consent message will be shown before non-essential advertising storage is used. Users can refuse optional consent where that choice is required.
Sharing and sale of data
ToolKivo does not sell tool inputs or results. Standard hosting, security, consent, analytics, and advertising providers may process limited data for their stated services when those services are enabled.
Children
ToolKivo is a general-audience utility site and is not directed specifically to children. The site does not knowingly request names, contact details, or accounts from children.
Changes and contact
This policy may change when site features or service providers change. The effective date below will be updated. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact information on the Contact page.
