Terms of Use
By using ToolKivo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Permitted use
You may use the public tools for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You must not use the site to harm others, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, or conduct illegal activity.
Results and professional advice
Results are generated from the values and settings you provide. They are informational estimates, not medical diagnosis, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, engineering certification, or a binding quote. Verify important decisions with an appropriate qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking inputs, units, assumptions, rounding, local rules, and outputs before relying on them. Keep copies of any source information you need; ToolKivo does not provide cloud storage or recovery.
Availability and changes
Tools may be corrected, improved, added, renamed, or removed. Service can be interrupted by maintenance, browser limitations, network failures, or events outside our control. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
No warranty
ToolKivo is provided free of charge and “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolKivo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the site. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
Intellectual property
The ToolKivo name, interface, original text, and source implementation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. User-entered material remains the user’s responsibility and is not claimed by ToolKivo.

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
